📋 Description
• Design, develop, debug, and deliver successful software solutions that support WatchGuard’s products • Develop resilient applications and services that can withstand multiple failures • Build solutions quickly while maintaining a high level of quality and reliability • Build maintainable software products individually as well as collaboratively • Collaborate with other engineers in system design, architectural and code reviews • Investigate, analyze and make recommendations regarding technology improvements, upgrades and modifications • Partner with cross functional teams in IT Ops, Engineering, Product, Sales, Technical Support, and QA
🎯 Requirements
• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline is required • 8+ years proven software engineering experience • 5+ years of experiences working with Microsoft solution stack as developer including .Net, C#, MSSQL, PowerShell, Windows operating system, Windows server • Must have proven experience with object-oriented programming • Must have proven experience with .NET/.NET Core platform: C#, ASP.NET/Core, MVC. • Experience with MS SQL database design and development • Experience using WCF, REST, XML, JSON • Experience with Azure/AWS cloud • Experience with AKS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm • Experience with agile methodologies, lean, build processes, and CI • Team player who has strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Effectively communicate with other engineers and program managers • Discipline and craftsmanship in your work • Possess a positive attitude and be personable • Be innovative, Proactive self-starter and always want to learn more
