📋 Description

• Drive marketing-sourced pipeline in target segments • Run the Activity Process end to end for each campaign activity • Build target lists and execute events, trips, webinars, sales assets, and content • Track results, diagnose performance, and adjust targeting, messaging, and timing • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Specialists, Senior Water Advisors, Product, and Leadership • Develop deep expertise in Waterplan’s product and ideal customer profile • Translate technical products and topics into messaging that resonates with buyers • Cultivate relationships with communications leaders, industry partners, media, and event or association stakeholders • Convert external relationships into joint events, co-authored content, and media placements • Ensure campaign-generated pipeline is followed up • Consistently deliver high-quality activities on time and improve pipeline quarter over quarter

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing (or equivalent) • Based in Buenos Aires • Resourceful, action-oriented approach to overcoming blockers • Fast learner who moves quickly and iterates • High quality bar for activities and assets • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong relationship-building ability • Strong communication skills, including clear writing and storytelling • Ability to translate complex topics into compelling messaging • Comfort using AI in day-to-day workflows and interest in AI-assisted ways of working • Previous experience in marketing, growth, or revenue operations (nice to have) • Previous experience in sustainability, water, climate, or a technical/scientific B2B category (nice to have) • Previous experience in a fast-moving startup or 0-to-1 environment (nice to have)
