📋 Description
• Participer à la conception et au déploiement de processus RH clés de qualité • Interlocuteur·ice RH privilégié·e des collaborateur·rices de votre périmètre et leurs managers • Produire des reportings RH et suivre des indicateurs de performance RH • Sensibiliser chaque collaborateur·rice et manager à la politique RH
🎯 Requirements
• Etudiant · e en grande école de management ou université • Une capacité d ’adaptation et d’ organisation éprouvée • Une aisance relationnelle • Une vraie capacité de prise de recul et de structure de pensée • Une orientation résultats, une proactivité et un sens du collectif • Un bon niveau d’anglais oral et écrit (minimum B2)
