📋 Description

• You develop automated testing solutions for our clients, for example, in the context of transformation projects and migrations • You confidently apply various test automation tools and frameworks in a needs-based manner • You create (automated) test cases, including documentation and test reporting, and actively contribute in a hands-on manner during testing • You define work packages and take over the coordination of (sub-)projects, including their implementation up to business acceptance (sign-off) • You act as an “innovator” in the field of test automation, actively contribute to improving our test automation processes, and drive new approaches and ideas • You act as a “driver” for test automation and test management at Wavestone and continuously develop our colleagues and clients through trainings • Apply AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day work to boost productivity, improve code quality, and maintain high-quality documentation, contributing to robust and maintainable solutions • Work with IT and business colleagues to develop solutions to specific problems that, at times, leverage existing solutions and systems • Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure the delivery of proposed solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business informatics or a related field • 3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation, with a strong focus on project- or program-level delivery • Proficiency in common test automation tools and frameworks • Strong expertise in test management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., TPI Next, TMMi) and their practical application • Experience working with modern test automation tools, such as Tosca, and integrating testing into CI/CD and DevOps environments • Solid understanding of quality assurance practices and automation strategies within financial services • Experience with interdisciplinary teamwork, contributing to both conceptual and coordination tasks • ISTQB or similar certifications are a plus • Show strong customer orientation for both internal and external stakeholders, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude • Strong interest in AI-driven tools and the ability to leverage them in daily work • Speak fluent business German and have a good command of English • Enjoy occasional travel to the customers.
