📋 Description
• Oversee the enterprise audit activities related to partner continued conformity with Waymo's partner standards • Review audits of partners to assess their adherence to agreements, legal requirements, and ethical guidelines. • Collaborate with partners to address compliance or conformance issues and implement corrective action plans. • Follow up on audit findings to ensure implementation of corrective actions and Waymo SME sign-off • Provide guidance to partners on conformance with best practices and regulatory changes. • Provide regular updates to leadership about partner remediation performance
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Safety, or a related field • 5 years experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
