âą Own the multi-quarter vision and roadmap for Shoppable Media, aligned to client outcomes, market intelligence, and company strategy. âą Set goals, manage product scorecards, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders. âą Define clear quarterly investment priorities, including what will and will not be built. âą Use client demand, churn risk, QBR feedback, and market signals to drive prioritization. âą Balance new development with iteration, protecting engineering focus and ensuring delivery to completion. âą Coach and develop product managers across discovery, definition, and delivery. âą Build strong roadmap communication and decision-making discipline across the team. âą Lead a structured discovery process informed by client feedback, QBRs, competitive analysis, and GTM insights. âą Identify market opportunities, client pain points, and signals tied to churn and expansion. âą Partner cross-functionally to ensure product decisions balance business, customer, and technical needs. âą Stay current on AI commerce trends and relevant partnership or integration opportunities. âą Translate market and client needs into clear PRDs, briefs, and success metrics. âą Partner with engineering and design to test concepts, prototypes, and POCs. âą Work with GTM to shape product positioning, messaging, and launch readiness materials. âą Partner with engineering to deliver new capabilities with clear requirements, tradeoffs, and acceptance criteria. âą Support successful launches and drive adoption across the client base. âą Manage the product lifecycle across launches, iterations, and sunset decisions. âą Use post-launch adoption and business outcome data to inform improvements and accountability.
âą 7+ years in product management, including 3+ years owning a product area or business line in B2B SaaS. âą 3+ years managing product managers or associate PMs. âą Track record of turning client and market signals into roadmaps that improve retention and ARR. âą Experience in B2B SaaS; B2B2C and enterprise experience preferred. âą Background in commerce, retail media, martech, or a related space. âą Strong prioritization, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills. âą Experience working with GTM teams and Agile product development. âą Strong executive presence and ability to influence across functions.
