📋 Description

• Design and implementation of maintainable, well‑tested backend services and full‑stack applications with a focus on Clean Code, TDD and clean architecture • Development of business‑specific AI applications such as RAG systems, assistants and generative text processing based on existing Large Language Models • Use of modern AI tools to increase development speed and quality • Integration of existing AI models and services into current systems and workflows • Development of data integration solutions for continuous, automated data flow • Preparation and processing of data for AI applications • Design, documentation and deployment of well‑defined APIs • Implementation of automated tests and CI/CD pipelines • Ongoing evaluation and improvement of software components and RAG pipelines • Contribution to the optimization of business processes and achievement of strategic company goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in a senior role • Advanced skills in Python for backend development, data engineering and prototyping, or an equivalent language • TypeScript and/or C# are an advantage • Practical experience with Clean Code, Test‑Driven Development, automated testing and code reviews • Solid knowledge of RAG pipelines and vector databases • Hands‑on experience with LLM‑based applications • Strong backend fundamentals with basic frontend knowledge, e.g. TypeScript/React • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and align solutions with concrete business value • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross‑functional teams • German language skills at least at C1 level, both written and spoken • Residency required in Germany, Austria or Spain
