📋 Description

• Responsible for learners’ progress and motivation • Guide and support learners as a coach in the flipped classroom model • Encourage active engagement with learning content and its practical application • Facilitate discussions about learning outcomes in innovative formats • Create a positive learning and working environment • Support learners with the individual completion of assignments as part of project work • Assess project work • Contribute to the further development of the product • Teach remotely from a home office

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience in Controlling & Business Intelligence • Extensive knowledge of Controlling & Business Intelligence • Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Information Systems, or a related field, and/or professional experience in at least one relevant subject area • Knowledge of AI fundamentals in reporting • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization • Knowledge of forecasting and scenario planning • Knowledge of automated reporting and anomaly detection • Knowledge of understanding and evaluating processes using AI • Knowledge of self-service business intelligence • Experience with Power BI • Experience with Microsoft Excel is desirable • Ability to use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT and Copilot in Excel) effectively to support work processes • Excellent command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level) • Include an overview of projects involving Power BI and/or AI tools in Controlling & Business Intelligence with your application • Several years of experience as an online trainer is desirable • Experience in publicly funded continuing education is an advantage • Experience applying innovative teaching methods during synchronous online sessions is desirable • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork are desirable
