📋 Description

• Responsibility for learners’ success and motivation • Coaching and supporting learners in the flipped classroom model • Encouraging active engagement with learning content and its practical application • Facilitating discussion of learning outcomes in innovative formats • Creating a positive learning and working environment • Supervising learners’ individual work on assignments as part of project work • Assessing project work • Supporting the ongoing development of the training product • Teaching remotely from a home office

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience in Controlling and Business Intelligence • Extensive knowledge of Controlling and Business Intelligence • Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Information Systems, or a related field, and/or professional experience in relevant subject areas • Knowledge of the fundamentals of AI in reporting • Knowledge of Business Intelligence, including data analysis and visualization • Knowledge of Business Intelligence, including forecasting and scenario planning • Knowledge of automating reporting and detecting anomalies with AI • Knowledge of understanding and evaluating processes with AI • Knowledge of self-service Business Intelligence • Experience with Power BI • Experience with Microsoft Excel is desirable • Ability to use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot in Excel strategically to support work processes • Please include an overview of projects involving Power BI and/or AI tools in Controlling and Business Intelligence with your application • Excellent German-language skills, at C2 level, for delivering training • Several years of experience as an online trainer is desirable • Experience in the funded continuing education sector is preferred • Experience applying innovative teaching methods during synchronous online sessions is desirable • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork are desirable
