📋 Description

• Subject-related instruction from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D ® • Application of various teaching methods for lesson design • Preparation and design of lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum • Conducting assessments to measure competency gains

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training and/or degree in the security sector • Qualification as a Specialist for Protection and Security (minimum requirement) • Certificate of the IHK proficiency exam pursuant to § 34a GewO • Professional experience in the security industry • Experience as a trainer, instructor, or teacher would be an advantage • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (e.g., trainer qualification according to AEVO) • Methodical and didactic skills in delivering instructional content • Independent, structured way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
