📋 Description

• Handle general and course-specific administrative and organizational tasks related to supporting continuing education programs • Support programs in the publicly funded sector as well as in the B2B and B2C businesses • Support participants throughout their individual Learning Journey, including onboarding and offboarding • Strengthen course groups through community building • Onboard trainers and communicate course-specific information and requirements • Provide cover for colleagues in trainer and license management • Provide cover in preparing and conducting internal and external online information events • Provide individual guidance and prepare proposals based on prospective participants’ professional experience and career prospects • Support the Skilled Learning Factory team in developing and implementing innovative approaches for digital education products

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or an equivalent qualification, preferably with an educational focus • Experience in publicly funded continuing education • Confident user of MS Office and digital media • Affinity for databases, ideally with initial experience in this area • Several years of experience in B2B and/or B2C environments • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work • High resilience and sense of personal responsibility • Teaching aptitude is desirable, e.g. a degree in education, AEVO certification, Train the Trainer qualification, or equivalent • Strong comprehension skills and a confident ability to manage multiple tasks • Excellent communication skills and empathy in conversations
