📋 Description

• Represent your subject area with passion and foresight • Develop the competencies of course participants • Deliver subject-related instruction from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods to design lessons • Prepare and create course-related learning materials according to the curriculum • Conduct assessments to measure competency growth • Excellent command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in economics/business administration or a related field • Professional experience as a quality management representative, quality manager, and/or external quality auditor • Proof of the aforementioned certifications • Proof of pedagogical suitability, e.g., in the form of an AEVO (trainer qualification) • Experience teaching in publicly funded adult education • Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering instructional content • Independent, structured work style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
