📋 Description

• Own the paid acquisition engine for WBS CODING SCHOOL • Manage Google Ads accounts across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen end-to-end • Build and scale campaigns across the full course portfolio and new course launches • Manage budgets and bidding strategies against CPL and cost-per-enrollment targets • Ensure conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, and attribution are correctly configured • Collaborate with external agency partners and Google representatives • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns across prospecting and retargeting • Brief, test, and iterate ad creatives with design and content teams • Identify, test, and evaluate emerging channels including ChatGPT ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, and Reddit • Run a structured testing roadmap across channels, audiences, landing pages, and creatives • Track, analyze, and report on paid performance from impression to enrollment • Use HubSpot to connect ad spend with lead quality and enrollment outcomes • Build AI-powered workflows and automations for reporting, audits, creative iteration, and campaign management • Coordinate paid strategy with SEO, content, CRO, and program teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with Google Ads as the primary channel • Proven track record of managing significant budgets and scaling campaigns profitably, ideally in lead generation, education, or B2C services • Experience with Meta Ads • Some experience with HubSpot CRM or a comparable CRM • Experience using CRM data to optimize campaigns • Strong grasp of conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution • Genuine interest in AI and hands-on experience building workflows or automations, for example with Make, Zapier, n8n, or AI assistants • Native-level German • C1 level in English, written and spoken • Analytical, experimental, ownership-driven, mission-driven, and growth mindset • Ability to collaborate with SEO, content, CRO, program, Admissions, design, and content teams
