📋 Description

• Service ownership for Azure DevOps and other business applications, with a focus on operations, governance, and continuous improvement • Management and coordination of requirements, changes, and incidents • Responsibility for user, role, access rights, and license management • Advising business departments on applications, processes, and best practices • Preparing documentation and training materials • Knowledge transfer for users

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience administering enterprise applications, ideally Azure DevOps • Experience as a Service Owner, Application Manager, or in IT service management • Knowledge of access rights, license, and user management • Knowledge of IT security and data protection • Understanding of business processes and their technical enablement • Analytical, service-oriented, and self-directed approach to work • Strong communication and consulting skills • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and appropriately to different audiences • Strong service and user focus, with high standards of quality • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work • High degree of initiative, accountability, and reliability • Enjoyment of collaborating with different business departments and stakeholders
