📋 Description

• Define technical objectives, working methods and architecture for the development team • Shape the engineering culture • Develop plugins, Custom APIs, integrations and complex technical features hands-on • Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards • Ensure maintainability of plugins, JavaScript extensions, PCF controls and Power Automate flows • Own the technical architecture of solution layers, Managed Solutions, publisher prefixes and ALM pipelines in Azure DevOps • Ensure a clear separation between configuration (customizing) and pro-code • Design and develop interfaces to third-party systems from API conception through to authentication • Document architecture decisions in Architecture Decision Records and make them binding • Approve technical solution approaches resulting from tandem refinement • Take responsibility for the technical aspects of monthly production releases, including release planning and the hotfix process • Mentor and develop Senior, Mid and Junior developers • Represent the team in cross-functional architecture meetings • Provide technical sparring on architecture topics • Together with the Lead D365 Consultant, form the architectural dual leadership for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform

🎯 Requirements

• Several years (5+ years) of experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform • Deep understanding of plugins and Custom APIs (C#/.NET) • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (Xrm Client API), Power Automate and the Dataverse data model • Solid experience with solution layering and ALM • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments across multiple environments using Azure DevOps, Git and pull-request-based workflows • Experience designing and implementing interfaces to third-party systems (REST/Web APIs, Azure Functions, Service Bus) • Confident user of the Azure Portal in a D365 context • Experience with App Registrations and Service Principals (Microsoft Entra ID) • Experience with secrets management using Azure Key Vault • Experience with monitoring using Application Insights • Experience designing and evaluating cloud architectures in the Microsoft Azure context • Experience in technical leadership – as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer or with demonstrable mentoring responsibility • Ability to make, document and represent architecture decisions to the team and stakeholders • Confident communication in German and English (at least C1+) • Residence in Germany or Austria • Experience with PCF controls, ideally with React (desirable) • Microsoft certification PL-400 or PL-600 (desirable) • Experience with FakeXrmEasy or other test frameworks for the Power Platform (desirable) • Functional experience with D365 Sales and Customer Insights (Journey/Data) (desirable)
