📋 Description

• Support international skilled professionals in their professional development and prepare them specifically for employment in Germany • Plan, develop and deliver theoretical and practical training in automotive mechatronics, with a focus on passenger vehicle technology • Provide professional and educational support to participants • Offer individualized learning support for participants with different levels of prior knowledge and language proficiency • Teach modern vehicle technology, vehicle diagnostics, automotive electronics, driver assistance systems, bus systems, high-voltage technology and electric mobility with a strong practical focus • Prepare participants for competency assessments, technical examinations and professional requirements • Document learning progress • Promote awareness of quality, safety, health and environmental standards • Deliver online training, expected to take place twice a week in the afternoon, twice a week in the evening and once or twice a month on Saturdays

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician or a comparable qualification • Several years of practical professional experience in automotive mechatronics, ideally in passenger vehicle technology • Strong knowledge of modern vehicle technology and vehicle diagnostics • Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and electronics • Knowledge of high-voltage systems and electric mobility • Valid high-voltage qualification, ideally at HV S2 or HV S3 level • Excellent German language skills • Ability to explain complex technical content in a clear and practical manner • Educational aptitude and a professional approach to working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds • Structured, responsible and practice-oriented approach to work • Trainer qualification in accordance with AEVO (AdA certificate) desirable • Experience in vocational education, training or adult education desirable • Knowledge of technical instruction or qualification in high-voltage technology desirable • Additional language skills for working with international participants desirable • Experience working with heterogeneous learning groups and participants with different learning needs desirable
