📋 Description

• You are passionate about your field and want to help people expand their professional skills. • As a freelance (fee-based) trainer in logistics, you will support our participants on their path to a successful professional future and promote self-directed learning in the spirit of Learning 4.0 – digital, interactive and practice-oriented. • This includes: subject-specific instruction from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D ®. • Use of various teaching methods to design lessons. • Preparation and development of curriculum-based teaching materials. • Conducting assessments to measure competence gains.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in freight forwarding and logistics services or in customs administration (Dakosy). • Professional experience in freight forwarding, especially in the areas of customs, IT-ATLAS procedures, modes of transport, and logistics. • Desirable: specialist knowledge in legal framework conditions, commercial management and control, cost and performance accounting, as well as communication and cooperation. • Teaching experience (ideally in adult education). • Methodical and didactic skills in conveying instructional content. • Reliable, independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility. • Excellent German language skills (C2 level). • Ideally proof of pedagogical qualification (e.g., AEVO).
