📋 Description

• Delivering subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Providing a comprehensive overview of BIM principles, terminology, and applications throughout the entire building lifecycle • Using practical case studies and group work • Explaining Levels of Detail (LOD), data quality requirements, and information flows • Preparing and designing course-related learning materials in accordance with the curriculum • Conducting competency assessments • Supporting participants’ skills development and professional integration

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, facility management, real estate management, or a comparable field • Strong practical and methodological expertise in BIM • Experience with digital building models, LOD concepts, and BIM applications across various lifecycle phases • Excellent communication skills • Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies • Teaching qualification (AEVO) • Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content • Independent and structured working style, combined with a high level of personal responsibility • Very good command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)
