📋 Description

• Responsible for participants' learning success and motivation as a trainer • Guide participants in creating a functioning No-Code app to support a modeled business process, including presenting the app • Encourage active engagement with the course content and its practical application • Stimulate group exchange about what has been learned using innovative formats • Supervise participants' individual handling of project tasks and evaluate these assignments • Support the development and continuous improvement of the product • Deliver instruction remotely (home office)

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in No-Code business process automation & AI agents (2+ years) • Extensive hands-on experience in business process automation and developing No-Code apps for business processes • Degree in information technology, business administration/economics, or another relevant field and/or equivalent professional experience • Solid knowledge of building simple applications for process support and the ability to explain concepts clearly • Strong knowledge of database structure and data modeling • Proficient in user flows and UX, with the ability to demonstrate these principles in practice • Experience introducing/onboarding the tool and the ability to confidently convey its functionality • Knowledge of interfaces/integrations with other tools and their clear, practical use • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps • Ability to apply generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) purposefully to support automation processes
