📋 Description

• Responsible for learners’ progress and motivation • Coaching and supporting learners in the flipped-classroom model • Encouraging active engagement with learning content and its practical application • Facilitating knowledge sharing through innovative formats • Creating a positive learning and working environment • Supervising learners’ individual work on project assignments • Assessing project work • Supporting the further development of the product • Teaching from a home office

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Controlling and Business Intelligence (2+ years) • Extensive knowledge of Controlling and Business Intelligence • Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Information Systems, or another relevant field, and/or professional experience in relevant subject areas • Experience with Power BI • Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred • Ability to use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT and Copilot in Excel) strategically to support work processes • Excellent German language skills for training delivery (C2) • Include an overview of projects involving Power BI and/or AI tools in Controlling and Business Intelligence with your application • Several years of experience as an online trainer, ideally in the context of publicly funded continuing education • Use of innovative teaching methods during synchronous online sessions • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working as part of a team
