📋 Description

• You represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight • You keep the competency development of course participants at the forefront • In your lesson design you see yourself both as a provider of input and as a support in the role of a learning facilitator • Subject-specific instruction delivered from the home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D • Application of various teaching methods for lesson design • Preparation and development of lesson-related learning materials in line with the curriculum • Conducting assessments to measure competency gains

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training and/or degree in the security industry • Qualification as a Specialist for Protection and Security (Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit) as a minimum requirement • Possession of the IHK proficiency certificate (Sachkundeprüfung) according to § 34a GewO • Professional experience in the security sector • Experience as a trainer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage • Proof of pedagogical suitability (e.g., vocational instructor certificate according to AEVO) • Methodical and didactic skill in conveying instructional content • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
