📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING you represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight • You encourage active engagement with the learning content and its practical application in the WBS LearnSpace 3D® • You motivate participants and ensure a positive learning and working atmosphere • Conducting assessments to measure competency gains

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in digital marketing / growth / performance • Experience with scaling campaigns or growth projects • Confident handling of KPIs, funnel logics and optimization • Experience in start-ups, scale-ups or digitally driven companies • B2B and/or B2C experience (depending on the target group) • Demonstrable case studies / results • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, CRM, Data • Solid practical experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing • Experience in areas such as funnel optimization, A/B testing, analytics or marketing automation • Confident use of common tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM systems, etc.) • Didactic/teaching skills • Professional experience as an online trainer in adult education • Use of innovative methods to engage learners • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Proof of pedagogical suitability (trainer qualification according to AEVO, Train-the-Trainer)
