📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from home via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a range of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons • Prepare and develop learning materials based on the curriculum • Conduct competency assessments • Support course participants in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the job market • Contribute to participants’ skills development as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator

🎯 Requirements

• Qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent • At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience • Professional experience configuring and administering MS servers • Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V) • Linux knowledge is an advantage • Interest in AI and ChatGPT, including their integration into teaching • Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage • Evidence of pedagogical aptitude, e.g. an instructor qualification under AEVO • Strong methodological and didactic skills for communicating educational content • Independent, structured approach to work and a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team • Very good command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)
