📋 Description

• Administer, secure, and continuously develop the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment • Design and implement endpoint security measures using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Entra ID • Manage and harden Windows clients and implement policies for identities, devices, access, and OIDC/SSO • Plan and automate recurring IT processes with PowerShell and appropriate Microsoft 365 and Azure services • Administer, monitor, and further develop the Windows Server environment • Contribute to updates, patching, backups, monitoring, and disaster recovery procedures • Manage and optimize software and cloud licenses, including inventory control and documentation • Build and further develop standardized deployment processes based on DevOps principles, including Infrastructure as Code • Handle complex requests and incidents in 2nd- and 3rd-level support and perform structured troubleshooting • Create technical documentation and security concepts • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification • Professional experience administering Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows environments • Strong knowledge in several of the following areas: Microsoft Intune and endpoint management; Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or Microsoft Defender XDR; Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Identity and Access Management; Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, or other Microsoft 365 services; Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS • Good knowledge of PowerShell and experience automating administrative tasks • Understanding of modern deployment processes, DevOps, and CI/CD • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally using Bicep, Terraform, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions • Experience in 2nd- and 3rd-level support and structured troubleshooting • Independent, solution-oriented, and meticulous working style • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork • Very good German and good English skills • Advantageous: Experience with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, or PowerShell modules for Azure and Microsoft 365 • Advantageous: Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or comparable version control systems • Advantageous: Experience with endpoint hardening, vulnerability management, or incident response • Advantageous: Knowledge of networking, virtualization, backup, and monitoring solutions • Advantageous: Experience in regulated industries such as medical technology, diagnostics, or healthcare
