📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific lessons from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Use a variety of instructional methods to design lessons • Prepare and design lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum • Conduct competency assessments • Support course participants in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market • Represent the subject area with passion and foresight • Act as a content contributor and learning facilitator in course design

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or equivalent • At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience • Experience configuring and administering Microsoft Servers • Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V) • Knowledge of Linux is a plus • Interest in and ability to integrate AI and ChatGPT into instruction • Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage • Proof of pedagogical suitability, e.g., trainer certification according to AEVO • Methodical and didactic skill in conveying teaching content • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team • Excellent command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level)
