📋 Description

• Integration of Ascom solutions into customers' IT environments • Implementation of customer projects involving telecommunications and network infrastructure, personal safety systems, server installations, and software applications • Design, planning and support for commissioning and operation of Ascom platforms and solutions • Support and consulting for integration of process systems and applications • Integration of applications to optimize alarm management • Customer-specific configuration of IT systems and software solutions • Close collaboration with Sales, Solution Design, Workflow Consultants, Project Managers and other departments • Development and implementation of complex projects from start to finish

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training in IT / computer science (e.g., IT systems electronics technician, IT specialist, technician) or equivalent • Relevant professional experience in IT or telecommunications • Good knowledge of communication systems, communication devices and smart devices • Strong IT skills • Experience with Windows hardware, software and application installations • Proficient with network and VoIP applications • Desirable: knowledge of communication applications • Advantageous: experience with ICT systems from common vendors (Avaya, Siemens, Alcatel, Innovaphone, Mitel, Detewe or similar) • Advantageous: experience with alarm server applications as well as nurse call and fire alarm systems • Confident communication skills in German and English with global functions and customers • Valid driver's license • Willingness and ability to successfully deliver customer projects as part of a team
