📋 Description

• Support the B2B sales team as the technical point of contact for analyzing customer requirements • Develop tailored network and infrastructure concepts, including video surveillance • Create customized solution proposals and guide customers from requirements through implementation • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept • Persuade customers and partners in workshops, webinars, meetings, trade shows, and events • Support tender processes (RfX) and prepare technical proposal documentation • Contribute to the development of successful customer projects • Monitor market, technology, and competitive developments • Feed insights into the ongoing development of the product and solution portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for network technologies • Knowledge of SDN, routing, switching, VPN, Ethernet, WiFi, enterprise WLAN, and PoC • Completed vocational training or degree in computer science, network engineering, information technology, or a related field • Professional experience in presales, technical sales, solution engineering, or a comparable role, ideally in the IT or telecommunications sector • Solid knowledge of modern network architectures • Experience with various operating systems and enterprise environments • Experience handling tenders (RfX) and developing technical solution concepts • Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and tailored to the target audience • Professional, customer-oriented, and persuasive manner • Ability to translate customer requirements into technically and economically suitable solutions • Fluent written and spoken German and English • Willingness to travel within Germany of approx. 50%
