📋 Description

• Lead sourcing strategy for WD-40's Americas co-manufacturing network • Own raw materials sourcing across direct spend categories • Develop and execute 3–5 year category strategies • Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes to identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers • Build and sustain deep, trust-based relationships with co-manufacturers and key raw material suppliers • Implement SRM programs that drive supplier performance, accountability, and continuous improvement • Develop and maintain actionable continuity plans across the supplier network • Proactively monitor market intelligence, geopolitical risk, tariff exposure, and commodity trends • Own cost of goods budgeting and forecasting for Americas acquisition costs • Lead and develop one direct report

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing and negotiation experience in a manufacturing environment • Demonstrated experience sourcing raw materials • Proven track record managing co-manufacturing or contract manufacturing supplier relationships • Hands-on sourcing execution capability • Strong negotiation skills across complex, multi-criteria supplier agreements • Financial acumen — cost modeling, budgeting, and P&L impact analysis • Servant leadership approach with experience developing team members • Bachelor's degree
