📋 Description
• Oversee qualification, performance monitoring, and ongoing oversight of fillers and suppliers • Lead quality readiness and supplier capability development for LATAM markets • Drive risk-based evaluation and management of changes across product, process, supplier, and equipment • Ensure readiness for quality issues through established processes and clear escalation pathways • Interpret and apply regulatory requirements to maintain compliant quality systems
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Physical Sciences, or related technical discipline required • 7+ years of progressive experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or regulated CPG environments • Professional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese required • Experience leading and developing technical Quality teams
