• Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues • Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs • Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting • Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations • Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage • Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month)

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Finnish both written and spoken • Proactive person with good support / sales skills • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Attention to details • Previous experience will be considered as an advantage
