âą Own and optimize medium to large SEA accounts âą Maximize profitability and proactively communicate account performance âą Plan, execute, and continuously improve SEA campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads âą Maintain account hygiene and consistently apply SEA best practices âą Translate data into actionable insights and contribute to strategic SEA development âą Share learnings across the team and help build a knowledge-driven culture âą Identify growth opportunities and flag risks to inform broader business decisions
đŻ Requirements
âą Hands-on experience managing and scaling SEA campaigns âą Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills âą Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms âą Excellent communication skills in English and German (C1+) âą Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with other teams âą Open to feedback, self-aware, and eager to grow âą Creative problem solver with an eye for detail and a hands-on mentality
