📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end process to obtain brokerage licensure in Quebec under the AMF • Support the Director, Principal Mortgage Broker on national broker licensing • Build and enforce deal compliance processes • Use AI tools to improve compliance workflows • Collaborate with legal, product, and operations teams to keep compliance policies current

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an active Quebec mortgage broker licence • 5+ years of relevant experience in mortgages, compliance, operations, or a brokering role within a brokerage or financial institution • Bilingual (French/English): Fully fluent in both French and English — written and spoken • Deep understanding of broker licensing requirements, regulatory responsibilities, and provincial compliance obligations • Proactive and action-oriented • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Interested in how AI tools can make your job better • Prior experience as a Principal Broker or Courtier hypothécaire dirigeant is ideal
