📋 Description

• Build and maintain a running list of trigger questions that elicit stories, numbers, and opinions • Present questions to Russ, Joey, and the wider team through calls or asynchronous recordings • Extract real, usable answers through interviews and conversations • Turn answers into ready-to-record scripts for long-form podcast-style and YouTube content • Write short-form scripts for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts • Participate actively in team meetings and planning calls, offering opinions on what is and is not working • Write in Russ's direct, numbers-driven, competitive voice and Joey's warm, relational, faith-first voice • Manage posting finished content across platforms • Maintain the publishing calendar • Ground content in language from real audience conversations • Apply knowledge of passive income investing and the Infinite Banking Concept to identify inaccuracies

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English • 2+ years writing scripts for long-form and short-form video, including podcast, YouTube, Reels, TikTok, and Shorts • Writing samples or produced scripts required • Comfortable running or joining live interviews and meetings to extract answers • Ability to maintain two distinct voices without them bleeding into each other • Experience posting and scheduling content across platforms • A defined process for turning raw answers or transcripts into finished, ready-to-record scripts • Comfortable with tight deadlines and weekly/monthly publishing cadence • Based in Latin America with fast, reliable internet and a real home setup • Available during core Central Time hours for team calls and interviews • Nice to have: hands-on knowledge of passive income investing, the Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), or personal finance content • Nice to have: podcast or interview production experience • Nice to have: background asking good questions professionally, such as journalism, sales discovery, or coaching
