• Source and recruit talent for regional and national staffing programs. • Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit. • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and onboarding readiness. • Coordinate with Staffing Managers to understand role requirements and volume needs. • Maintain accurate candidate tracking in systems and ensure timely follow-up. • Support new hire batch creation, documentation completion, and onboarding status. • Build and sustain strong relationships with candidates to ensure retention. • Attend recruiting events, virtual interviews, and local market outreach initiatives. • Ensure compliance with hiring standards, eligibility requirements, and regional regulations.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or event-based hiring. • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple pipelines and competing priorities. • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, onboarding tools, and Microsoft Office. • Strong judgment in candidate evaluation and role alignment. • Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
