📋 Description

• Onboarding & Activation of Chinese speaking & Australia based new brands, inclusive of: • Gathering assets, and taking brands through "Set-up, Integration, Go Live" process • Weekly performance checks • Scheduling media launches • Optimisation around campaign specific offers and client requirements/partnerships • Preparing end of campaign reports and ad-hoc MBRs and QBRs for our Account Managers • Daily or weekly conversations on WeChat • Cases: value realisation & value protection • e2e advertising/campaign delivery • Focusing on assessing potential upsell areas

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese • Comfortable working to an China Standard Time Zone in line with our brands. • Experience within a Customer Support or Customer Success role specifically within the B2B space • Very organised, and able to deal with a fast paced nature. • Good communication skills both via calls and via emails • Time management is super important; you must be able to manage your own schedule and juggle multiple deadlines at a time. • Familiar with Google Suite/Spreadsheets • Wechat experience • Asana/Salesforce experience.
