📋 Description

• Provide administrative and operational support to the merchandising team • Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings • Manage meeting notes and track follow-ups • Develop and maintain internal communications and presentations • Communicate key updates, priorities, and action items • Use merchandising systems and tools to complete daily tasks and maintain accurate information • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues • Collaborate with merchants and cross-functional support teams to complete deliverables accurately and on time • Handle ad hoc and time-sensitive requests • Prioritize tasks based on business needs and ensure timely execution

🎯 Requirements

• Available work-from-home setup • 4th generation or higher processor, at least Intel i3 or equivalent • At least 4GB RAM • Windows 10 or above, or Mac OS X • Own dual monitors • Strong and stable wired internet connection with a 10 Mbps plan or higher for the primary connection • PC headset • HD external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Experience in merchandising, retail, ecommerce, or a similar fast-paced environment • Knowledge of retail item data, shipment tracking, or basic accounting practices • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, high-quality work within deadlines • Strong communication and learning agility • Ability to collaborate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and quickly learn new systems and processes
