📋 Description

• Design and develop analytics models and tools to optimize transportation cost, speed, and network performance • Own and enhance carrier dashboards, routing optimizers, chargeback systems, and cost benchmarking engines • Deliver predictive and real-time reporting on KPIs such as transit time, on-time delivery, and freight spend • Provide fast, ad hoc decision support focused on business drivers and actionable insights, with a 24-hour SLA • Collaborate cross-functionally and support automation efforts • Contribute to scalable, high-impact analytics solutions • Design and scale advanced analytics models and tooling to optimize transportation networks, reduce shipping costs, and drive EBITDA growth • Improve data accuracy and deliver predictive insights supporting real-time and forward-looking transportation performance management

🎯 Requirements

• 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor • At least 4GB RAM • Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system • Own dual monitors required • Strong and stable internet connection with a wired DSL, cable, or fiber service and 10 Mbps plan or higher for the primary connection • PC headset • HD external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution • 4 to 6+ years of analytics experience, ideally in transportation, supply chain, logistics, or ecommerce operations • Strong SQL skills, including Snowflake, Starburst, or similar • Advanced Excel skills • Ability to write and optimize complex queries independently • Power BI proficiency, including building dashboards and DAX measures from scratch • Self-directed problem-solving ability • Excellent written and verbal English • Comfortable presenting findings directly to US-based leaders and stakeholders • Experience working across time zones with US teams • Exposure to carrier rate analysis, freight cost modeling, or warehouse/inbound operations data is a bonus
