📋 Description

• Own UX strategy and execution for complex, data-intensive workflows and dashboards • Design scalable, role-based SaaS experiences that simplify operational decision-making • Translate multi-source enterprise data into clear, confident user actions • Drive experimentation and iterative improvement using behavioral analytics and A/B testing • Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business leaders to align UX with measurable KPIs • Establish and evolve a scalable design system in Figma

🎯 Requirements

• 8–14 years of product/UX design experience in SaaS or enterprise B2B environments • Proven experience designing complex, workflow-driven, role-based systems • Experience building or scaling enterprise dashboards, analytics platforms, or operational tools • Strong expertise in designing end-to-end workflow systems with state-based UX • Experience leveraging behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Post Hog, Full Story, GA, Power BI) • Experience with AI-assisted workflows, automation surfaces, or predictive UX is a strong plus • Advanced Figma expertise, including scalable component libraries
