• Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to expand client base, increase brand awareness, and generate qualified leads • Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with business goals to drive lead generation in B2C or B2B markets • Position unique value proposition emphasizing virtual assistant workflows, backup support, and uninterrupted service delivery • Lead digital marketing channels: SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns • Identify and analyze customer acquisition channels and optimize efforts for maximum ROI on a tight budget • Research and tailor campaigns for the US market to resonate with target audiences and industry trends • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging marketing content for campaigns, websites, and sales materials • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness • Build and oversee marketing tools, platforms, and automation systems to optimize lead generation and nurturing • Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, tools, and technologies to identify innovative growth strategies
• Work Experience: 4-5 years (listed) • 5+ years of experience in B2C/B2B marketing (desired) • Strong experience in digital marketing, including SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), content creation, and email marketing • Ability to work within budget constraints and maximize marketing ROI • Excellent understanding of the B2C and B2B customer journey and ability to design campaigns that drive engagement and conversions • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, MailChimp, Google Analytics, CRM tools) • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills • Knowledge of workflow optimization, remote work solutions, or VA services (strong plus) • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a mandatory 5-hour overlap during EST business hours • ENGLISH – Fluent (must comprehend and communicate both written and verbally)
