📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate software licensing, SaaS, technology supply, and service agreements. • Protect the company’s interests in intellectual property, technology rights, confidentiality, and data protection. • Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders during negotiations and project discussions. • Offer day-to-day legal support to all departments, including reviewing policies, corporate documents, and general operational matters. • Support corporate governance tasks and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. • Collaborate with Compliance on licensing, regulatory submissions, AML, and responsible gaming matters when needed. • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes relevant to iGaming, technology, data protection, and commercial operations. • Communicate legal concepts clearly to non-legal colleagues and provide training or guidance where appropriate. • Build strong relationships across the organisation and act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Master of Laws (LL.M.) or equivalent legal qualification. • Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance. • Familiarity with technology contracting, IP, and software-related legal issues. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal topics. • Comfortable supporting teams in a hybrid/remote organisational setup. • Nice to have: Experience in iGaming, online gambling, or technology sectors. • Knowledge of B2B platform suppliers, content providers, and integrations within the iGaming ecosystem. • Exposure to multi-jurisdictional legal support.
