📋 Description

• Design and evolve scalable Flutter/Dart applications with native iOS and Android integrations • Build and maintain GitHub Actions and Fastlane workflows for testing, signing, and App Store and Google Play deployments • Define and improve unit, widget, integration, native UI, and end-to-end testing strategies • Own dependency updates, SDK upgrades, release health, crash monitoring, alerting, and incident follow-up • Diagnose memory issues, UI jank, network latency, crashes, and background execution problems • Partner with Product, Design, Backend, Platform, Security, and Support teams to deliver reliable customer experiences • Lead annual iOS and Android SDK target version upgrades, manage OS deprecations, and maintain store policy compliance • Own the mobile lifecycle from architecture through production • Improve release safety, reliability, performance, and developer experience • Use AI thoughtfully with strong engineering judgment and review standards • Mentor engineers and raise the mobile team's quality • Report to the Engineering Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional mobile engineering experience • Deep Flutter and Dart experience in production applications • Strong native iOS experience with Swift and iOS SDKs • Working knowledge of Android SDK, Kotlin, Gradle, and Android release processes • Experience designing GitHub Actions and Fastlane pipelines • Experience with mobile code signing, provisioning profiles, and store deployments • Strong knowledge of unit, widget, bloc, integration, and end-to-end testing • Solid understanding of WebSocket implementation for real-time communication, connection management, and error handling • Strong knowledge of push notification services, including FCM and APNS • Experience with Sentry, Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics, or similar tools • Familiarity with dependency management, SDK upgrades, security updates, and compliance requirements • Strong understanding of mobile architecture, state management, persistence, networking, and offline synchronization • Strong knowledge of production troubleshooting and root-cause analysis using logs, metrics, traces, and crash reports • Excellent communication, documentation, mentoring, and remote collaboration skills
