📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals and advise on effective hiring strategies • Source, assess, and hire diverse, high-caliber talent across engineering, design, and product teams • Use creative outreach and data-driven evaluation methods • Ensure clarity, timely communication, and actionable feedback throughout the candidate experience • Collaborate with the Talent team on interviewer training, employer branding, sourcing strategy, and recruiting analytics • Mentor and coach teammates and share recruiting best practices

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience • Business-level fluency in English, written and spoken • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Strong record of hiring across Engineering and Product organizations in a dynamic, high-growth environment • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing senior-level technical talent in Software Engineering, Product Management, and Design • Consultative, data-informed approach to advising hiring managers • Ability to build diverse pipelines and champion equity and inclusion • Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams • Experience using funnel metrics and data to inform hiring decisions and support KPIs and OKRs • Curiosity and willingness to build fluency in emerging technologies such as AI • Valid right-to-work authorization depending on the country of employment
