📋 Description

• Process and record accounts payable invoices for four Group entities from Yooz into NetSuite • Prepare and record intercompany invoices • Record bank transactions from Agicap into NetSuite and make manual entries when required • Prepare payments for four entities under the supervision of the Finance Director • Manage monthly bank reconciliations and monitor the cash position weekly or as required • Act as the primary day-to-day contact with banks • Record monthly payroll entries for different entities • Record tax entries prepared by the external accountant and prepare non-automated tax payments • Participate in the year-end audit process and ensure compliance with statutory requirements • Improve finance-process efficiency and effectiveness, including optimization of finance-related IT tools • Support Business and Commercial Analyst teams with financial data and reconciliations • Help manage relationships with outsourced finance providers, auditors, banks, and tax authorities • Support the CEO, COO, and Finance Director with ad hoc tasks and projects
