📋 Description

• Manage the schedule/timeline • Send reports to the squad and stakeholders • Build and maintain the backlog • Map delivery progress (epic management) • Monitor and act on team metrics • Understand and track our clients' business objectives • Conflict management • Negotiation • Lead the development team • Train and evolve the process (squad and client)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with agile methodologies • Good written and verbal communication • Ease in building relationships • Logical reasoning • Willingness to learn • Ability to adapt and openness to change (not resistant to change) • Knowledge of and experience in e-commerce • Problem solving and negotiation • Intermediate to advanced English
