âą Work closely with the **Talent Acquisition team** to support hiring needs across **Europe** âą Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and candidate profiles âą Manage and support the **end-to-end recruitment process** for Europe-based roles âą Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach âą Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs âą Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates against role requirements and overall fit âą Share shortlisted candidates with relevant notes and recommendations âą Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience âą Support with market mapping and talent insights across key European markets âą Maintain accurate recruitment updates and candidate tracking âą Represent the company professionally and positively in the market
âą Proven experience in **recruitment / talent acquisition**, ideally with exposure to **Europe-based hiring** âą Experience working **in-house** or in close partnership with internal TA / People teams âą Strong sourcing and headhunting capability âą Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment âą Strong communication and stakeholder management skills âą Good understanding of the **European talent market** âą Organized, responsive, and delivery-focused âą Able to work both **collaboratively** and **independently**
