📋 Description

• Be the Voice of Webster in an inbound Contact Center • Anticipate client needs and educate on banking benefits • Perform transactions and maintenance with accuracy • Build and retain client relationships • Facilitate problem resolution with accurate information • Meet or exceed service expectations and standards

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required • Some college preferred • 0-2 years in client or financial services, banking, inbound call center or in-person customer-facing work experience required • Bilingual candidates preferred
