📋 Description

• Communicates with clients to understand their needs and explain our product value. • Builds relationships with clients based on trust and respect. • Collaborates with internal departments to facilitate strong and lasting partnerships. • Collects and analyzes data to better position Ametros products and services in the market. • Keeps accurate records pertaining to potential case load and account notes. • Resolves complaints and prevents additional issues by improving processes. • Identifies industry trends and shares for the mutual benefit of client programs. • Communicates and delegates action plans throughout sales organization.

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred • 1 - 3 years experience in a sales or account management position required • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint • Knowledge of MSA Terminology, Workers’ Compensation and liability cases • Proven sales strategy experience resulting in significant client relationship growth • Aptitude for solving complex issues for account management, sales and potential clients • Ability to educate clients and prospective clients, manage and build relationships • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Workers’ Compensation and/or Medicare Set Aside Subject Matter Expert • Systems Subject Matter Expert with ability to navigate through multiple systems including MS Office Suite including Word and Excel, Dynamics, Adobe, and Salesforce products.
