📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy voice-based AI applications and intelligent conversational systems. • Work with Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), voice recognition, speech processing, and conversational AI technologies. • Develop and integrate AI/ML models into production applications. • Build pipelines for processing and analyzing voice and conversational data. • Improve the accuracy, latency, reliability, and overall performance of voice AI systems. • Integrate third-party AI, speech, and LLM APIs into applications and workflows. • Experiment with AI/ML approaches and evaluate model performance. • Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions. • Debug and troubleshoot AI/voice application issues across development and production environments. • Develop testing and evaluation frameworks for voice and AI model outputs. • Stay updated with Generative AI, conversational AI, speech technologies, and machine learning advancements. • Work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to develop intelligent systems that understand, process, and respond to human speech.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related software engineering roles. • Strong practical experience with Voice AI and conversational systems. • Understanding of Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies. • Experience integrating voice or conversational AI APIs and services. • Strong programming skills in Python or another modern programming language. • Familiarity with APIs, backend services, data processing, and software development practices. • Understanding of conversational workflows, intent recognition, dialogue systems, or voice-based user experiences. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently take ownership of technical tasks. • Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, machine learning, and deep learning. • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG. • Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar tools. • Knowledge of NLP, speech recognition, speaker identification, audio processing, or signal processing. • Experience with vector databases and embedding-based search. • Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and production deployment practices. • Experience evaluating and monitoring AI model performance. • Knowledge of fine-tuning or adapting AI/ML models for domain-specific applications. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
