📋 Description

• Design and implement enterprise-scale Databricks and cloud data platforms • Develop data engineering and ETL/ELT solutions using Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, Python, SQL, and Delta Lake • Apply Lakehouse architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing practices • Integrate data platforms and systems at enterprise scale • Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices for production-grade data platforms • Optimize platform and workload performance • Use Unity Catalog and MLflow • Provide solution architecture and systems integration • Consult with clients and manage stakeholders • Present solutions and provide technical leadership • Work EST time zone / night shift • Support long-term contract engagements and potentially dual projects

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of overall IT experience • Strong hands-on Databricks experience • 10+ end-to-end Databricks implementation projects • Enterprise-scale cloud data platform experience • Experience with production-grade data platforms and Lakehouse architecture • Proficiency in Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, Python, SQL, AWS, Azure, GCP, Lakehouse Architecture, Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, CI/CD, DevOps, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Performance Optimization, Solution Architecture, and Systems Integration • Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills • Mandatory Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional certification • Availability to work EST time zone / night shift
