📋 Description

• Develop, configure, customize, and support UKG/Kronos Workforce Management applications. • Implement and maintain Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave Management modules. • Design, develop, and support integrations between UKG, HR, Payroll, and third-party enterprise applications. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely issue resolution. • Develop reports, interfaces, and customizations using UKG development tools and best practices. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. • Optimize application performance, enhance system functionality, and support continuous process improvements. • Participate in testing, deployment, system upgrades, and ongoing application maintenance. • Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and implementation artifacts. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data security requirements, and workforce management best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in **UKG/Kronos Workforce Management** development and implementation. • Strong hands-on expertise with **UKG Workforce Central (WFC)** or **UKG Dimensions (Pro WFM)**. • Experience implementing and supporting Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave Management modules. • Proficiency in SQL, XML, REST APIs, Web Services, Integration Manager, and enterprise integration technologies. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex production issues. • Experience integrating workforce management applications with HR, Payroll, and third-party systems. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams. • Experience with middleware or integration platforms such as Boomi is an added advantage. • UKG/Kronos certifications are preferred but not mandatory. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality solutions in a remote, collaborative environment.
